Shipping policy

How your order ships

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) will begin processing the same day. After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation letting you know we've received your purchase and have started preparing your items. This preparation typically takes 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday).

After we've prepared your items, they'll be dispatched from our UK fulfilment facility, and you'll receive another email with tracking details so you can monitor your package's journey.

From the moment your order leaves our warehouse, delivery within the UK usually takes 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery to the United States typically takes 7–14 business days (Monday–Friday).

Taking everything into account, UK customers should receive their items within 4–7 business days and US customers within 8–16 business days from the date of order.

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United Kingdom and the United States, with no minimum order value.

If your order is running late

Should your package not arrive within the expected timeframe, there's no need to panic. We recommend waiting up to 2 extra business days and checking your tracking information for updates.

Please allow a total of 3 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery window before reaching out to us. If your order still hasn't arrived after this grace period, contact us at support@arosti.store and we'll look into it right away.

Wrong or damaged items

On the rare occasion that your delivery arrives damaged or contains incorrect items, we apologise for the inconvenience. Please email support@arosti.store with clear photographs documenting the issue. We'll assess the situation promptly and ensure you receive the correct, undamaged items.
