Refund policy

All returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your delivery.

To initiate your return, reach out to our support team at support@arosti.store. Make sure to provide your order number, available in either your confirmation email or the invoice that came with your package.

We'll review your request and, once approved, send you complete instructions for shipping your items back to us. Please note that we cannot process returns that arrive without prior authorisation.


Shipping costs for returns

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping, unless the issue stems from an error on our part — such as sending the wrong item, a damaged product, or a defective unit.

All approved returns must be shipped to our UK fulfilment facility: Unit L, Tees Commerce Park, Dockside Road, Teesside TS6 6UZ, England. Return instructions, including any prepaid label where applicable, will be provided by email once your return is authorised.

When returning bundled purchases, all items from that bundle must be sent back as a complete set — we do not accept partial returns from bundles.


When we cover return shipping

If your delivery arrives damaged, has manufacturing defects, or doesn't match what you ordered — wrong model, configuration, or item — we'll cover all return shipping costs in full. Simply contact our team within 30 days of delivery and we'll take it from there.


Product condition requirements

Items being returned must be in unused, original condition. This means unactivated where applicable, with all original manufacturer packaging, accessories, cables, manuals, and included components intact. We reserve the right to decline returns that show evidence of use, pairing, activation, or damage caused by customer handling.


Received a damaged or incorrect item?

Check your order immediately upon arrival. Should you discover any damage, defects, or discrepancies with what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@arosti.store. We'll work with you to make it right and cover return shipping in these situations.


Need to exchange something?

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return your original purchase first. Once we've processed your return, you're welcome to place a new order for the item you'd prefer.


How refunds work

When your return reaches our warehouse, our team will inspect it within 2–4 business days. Once everything checks out, we'll issue your refund during that same period.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, expect to see the refund in your account within 10 business days. If it has been more than 15 business days since we approved your return and you still haven't received your funds, please email us at support@arosti.store.


Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or affects your statutory rights under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. You have the right to cancel any distance purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt without providing a reason. Our 30-day return window exceeds this statutory minimum as a goodwill commitment to our customers.
